Are you going to be Homeless? If you need to let your Council know that you are homeless or you are going to be homeless,  you would need to login to your account if you already have one and update your 'my profile' section to let us know that you are going to be homeless after which you will be asked to fill in a housing options enquiry form.  If you do not have an account you will need to create one first of all and then fill out the short forms to let us know about your details, your family details and your addresses, followed by a short pre assessment form and then the housing options enquiry form.
