Folkestone & Hythe Council have requested that applicants continue to send messages through your portals as the quickest method of communication. They are currently working on applications and evidence received around 8 weeks ago and have asked that applicants do not call in as this does not result in an application being processed more quickly.

Since moving to the new system Folkestone & Hythe Council currently have an 8 - 10 week backlog. You may be asked to provide new evidence or evidence that you had previously provided. They are asking for all relevant evidence when you apply to the housing register to ensure that your application is processed correctly and that you are awarded the correct band which will prevent delays if your bid is successful and you are offered a property.
