Welcome to Kent Homechoice

Kent Homechoice is the choice based lettings scheme for all council and housing association homes in Kent. With 35 partners we are the largest scheme in the UK.

We aim to give you more choice about where you want to live. You can express an interest in vacant homes that are suitable for you. You can see feedback on lettings and average waiting times. You can also find out about housing options and useful contacts. If you are a public sector tenant you will soon be able to advertise your home for a mutual exchange and search for properties to exchange with.

Mutual exchange

The Kent Homechoice mutual exchange site will go live on the 4th October 2010.

Public sector tenants will be able to advertise their homes and search for suitable swaps.
