Understanding the feedback reports

Feedback reports are available on internet, digital TV and personalised freesheets.

Feedback Report

We may need to withdraw a property that has been advertised in Kent Homechoice. This could happen for a variety of reasons, for example the current tenant decided not to move, the property needed unforeseen repairs, or the landlord had to make an emergency letting outside of the scheme. We will include this information in the feedback reports. If this happens to a home you have bid for then we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Freesheet issue date - This is the publication date of the leaflet that the advert appeared in.

Advert reference - Combined with the leaflet issue date, this gives a unique identity to any advert appearing in the leaflet.

Size and property type - a simple description of the property advertised.

Location - Location of the property within Kent.

Bids - This is the total number of bids received for each property.

Letting information - This will show the level of priority the successful bidder has.

Please note that Canterbury City Council and Thanet District Council do not have different application types.
