The Kent Mutual Exchange service has now been upgraded and replaced with a very much improved system called Exchange Locata. The details of your existing mutual exchange request have already been stored on our new system for you to amend if required. First of all though you will be required to re-register by confirming/amending that the contact details we hold are correct.

If you’re not already registered with Exchange Locata, you can activate your mutual exchange request on the new system now, please click on the link below and check that all your information is current and correct ensuring you complete any blank fields. Once you are happy the page has been fully completed click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page.

New website

The Kent Homechoice mutual exchange service is moving to a new improved website, called Exchange Locata, in December 2012. View the website here. From December customers who log on this website will be asked to update their details at the new website.

Our exchange service now allows you to search across the UK. Login and choose Find a home to access the national HomeSwap Direct scheme.

Remember, you only need to register once. If you register more than once we will remove duplicates.
