Bid deadline

All bids for properties must reach the Locata offices by 1:00pm Wednesday on the closing date advertised. If you are using coupons, make sure you allow enough time for the post to reach them.

Need help bidding?

You can ask a friend, family member or support worker to bid on your behalf. Please contact your local council if you need help bidding or advice about the process. Bids can be made on the internet at www.kenthomechoice.org.uk, by digital TV, by telephone, by text, by coupon or in person at your council offices.

Personalised property list

If you would like to receive a personalised property list every two weeks, posted directly to you, you can pay a subscription fee (non refundable) of £19.00 for six months or £38.00 for 12 months.

Please make cheques or postal orders payable to Locata (Housing Services) Ltd and send together with your Homechoice number and mailing address to:

Please note that the list will only show properties you can bid on. If you are not eligible for any homes during a bidding cycle you will not receive a homes list.
