You can bid for three properties (so long as you are eligible for them) in the fortnightly cycle. For example, if you are eligible for a two bed property and there is a two bed house and 2 two bed flats advertised, you can choose to bid for all 3 properties.

Homes are advertised on digital tv and this website. If you are unable to access the system through these methods and you have no one who can help, you can ask your local council to send you a personalised freesheet.

The bidding cycle runs from 6.00am Friday to 1.00pm the following Wednesday. Your bids must reach us by Wednesday at 1.00 pm to be considered. The adverts give you information about each property available for letting and a photograph will be included.
